Finally Friday! Right?  Not a bad week for me.  How has your week been?  The weather continues to be frightful, but one thing for sure is, with each passing day, the temperature outside should be warmer & warmer. *I sure hope that Punxsutawney Phil is correct*  So, with thoughts of the warmer weather to come, I thought that I’d feature a dish that honors both, the frigid temps that we’re experiencing now & the much anticipated warm stuff that’s some to be….

Fried Ice Cream It’s  little perplexing for me to wrap my head around ice cream being fried!  Who would of ‘thunk’ it?  Who did ‘thunk’ it – shear genius!   This I definitely have to try.
