I’ve finally added Yoga back into my workout routine. I’m not yet sure how many days I’ll be doing it, but I do have to say that it is sooooo good having it back into the mix. I’ve realized that I miss the slowness of the movements, the calmness that comes with every ‘chi’ breathe and the control & focus…. oh the control & focus!
It’s funny that today is the day that I decided to go back there, mostly because I found this clever little ditty in my mailbox that I’m dying to share with you.
